Well I am back guys and boy did I have a time. I reach early last Saturday morning (like 5 AM) drove myself straight home drop my stuff change my clothes and off to Marcus I went. Spent the day between Maracus and Las Cuavas Beach and spent the evening at a friends house who lives in the nearby village – they welcomed us by cooking us dinner and we spent the evening drinking and catching up on old times. Sunday I spent the day at Macurip (sorry about all the spelling guys – remember I am foreign, saucy, hottie help me out here) I enjoyed myself at this beach because you can really swim out far – it was a good work out, ventured through the cave in the water, climbed the rocks and took some dives and joined in a friendly game of soccer/football with the guys :)
Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and the rest of the week I forget :) but I went into town a couple of times, hit some more beaches, spent a couple of nights in St. James at S&B’s and went to some new club they open up – Glamour I think. Friday evening I joined the after work crowd at Mangos in town and drank off a bottle then made my way to Niabingi. Saturday was my last full day so I decided to settle down and spend some quiet time with my boy before I left and then Sunday by mid day I made my way back to the cold.
You can really sense that Christmas is coming on the islands and I love it. Now I just need to hold on and wait till February – The thought of how I will feel when I break out J’Ouvert morning gives me goosebumps and makes me shriek and giggle like a little child – but I will TRY to wait patiently

Buuble do you mean Maracas beach? you put Marcus I was confused for a second there girl?? I think macurip is maqueripe (?)
How was Glamour? Always have new clubs & bars opening up now I can't keep up yes.

Glamour was nice - I enjoyed myself, they said it was opening night - but they might have lied to me knowing I knew no better LOL
As for J'Ouvert I am not sure - last year I played no draws but there was only mud no coloured paint :( so I was thinking either yellow devils, red aints (since I playing tribe), cocco devils, silver mudders (looks like lots of fun) or blue devils. I think I still want to play J'Ouvert in town but some guys I know said they are playing up at Panoma or something like that - over Marval side which would make it eaiser for me to get ready for Monday mas. This was a loaded question girl lol.
Do you know when the websites will be up and running with prices - I am assuming not until the new year. Usually I choose my J'Ouvert band when I reach TnT depending on whoo I am moving with. How was Red Ants last year??

Mangoes was nice - I had a time. They catch joke off me though - they never told me you couldn't smoke in there and these 3 guys well gave me a lighter and watch me light a smoke and then kill them self laughing when security came for my ass!!! I never thought Trinidad had such rules lol

Any update re the Bloggers Lime??
Red Ants was good this year no complaints. It was just cocoa, mud and paint bottles really and ecurity was tight too which is important.
But silver mudders catching my eye. Not sure, like you said its a last minute thing.

all of those with the "old blogger" will not be able to sign in with your old user name/password on beta blogger unless you make the switch. I want to switch but I keep getting an error that my blog is too big!!! grrr
So Karabana make the switch.
No update on the blogger's lime yet! Plans will be revealed in the new year.
I did switch, but I keep getting
"Could not log you in. Double check your password or try again later." I'm able to log in to some blogs, but not all. Grrrrrr.....
& blog says it may take awhile to switch everyone over & fix this mess. :(
